With our support platform you may create new support requests and you have access to your current support situation in order to supervise your tickets and cases.


Support request my be taken daily (Monday-Friday) from 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM and 13:30 - 18:00. Excluded are customers with special agreements and contracts (SLA).

Use the following link for opening a new ticket (case) and creating a helpdesk request. You will get a „ticket number” as a confirmation. Note that all requests must be submitted via email.
