CEO, CTO, COO, CFO, titles and functions
In principle, the aim when putting together a management team is to ensure a useful composition that reflects a clear structure for the company and the customers. The functions supplement one another and should clearly show who is responsible for what - not only to the co-workers but also to those outside the company. These titles do not have any significance in terms of commercial or company law. They are merely ways of describing functions.

Rosari AG operates in different countries and language areas. That’s why internationally comprehensible terms are ideal for reflecting the responsibilities of individual employees.



Max Rosari, CEO the man at the top
As the founder of the company, he is available to work in the most diverse areas. Be it on the front and time again in contact with customers, or in one of the countless other tasks that a CEO has to master. As the chief executive, all the threads converge on him. Costs, competition, partners and alliances, but also branches in the other countries are daily topics. Strategies, daily business and the current projects are discussed and implemented together with CTO and COO.


Luisa Rosari, CFO ohne Finanzen geht nichts
Schlussendlich braucht es immer Geld um einen Betrieb zu führen. Luisa Rosari sorgt dafür, dass das Geld auch irgendwann wieder reinkommt. Es ist nicht immer eine leichte Aufgabe, denn vorallem im Projekgeschäft können die Zeiten und Aufwände immer wieder überraschend lang sein und somit muss auch der Geldfluss gut gemanaged werden. Buchhaltung, Personalwesen, Bestellungen, Einkäufe, Rechnungen, Logistik, Lieferanten- sowie Kundenkontakte gehören zur Tagesordnung und müssen stets gepflegt werden.


Eduardo Geraldi, CTO technical responsibility
Systems need maintenance and support. But for that to happen, they also have to be planned and integrated. The CTO looks after the technical staff and ensures that the company’s technological know-how meets the requirements of all users. The systems architecture, development processes and the high level of quality in integration presuppose that the technical department has to be up to the minute …… always! Eduardo Geraldi is a convincing player with his well-grounded knowledge and he lets those around him and our customers take advantage of it time and time again.


Adrian Etter, COO pragmatic in daily business
Information from the different departments converges here. By constantly looking how to encourage and introduce sensible processes, the COO is responsible for maintaining structures and constantly improving processes. He is a connoisseur of the market and his field. Thus he deals with performance and is constantly looking to the future. With the background of his experience, Adrian Etter will also be familiar at Rosari with the sale of systems and projects.
